I am an associate professor in the department, where I work within the field of development economics as part of the Research on Socioeconomic Policy (ReSEP) group.
Research
My research focusses on assessing the impact of social policy on individuals and households. Increasingly, I am interested in the effects of government-provided infrastructure—housing, water, electricity, sanitation—on citizen health and well-being and in developing methods to ensure government accountability for these services.
